2.Avoid sweet, chocolate, rice, bananas, grapes, mangoes, dry fruits, oils, cakes and pastries.

3.Boil 15 fresh Mango leaves in 1 glass of water. Leave overnight. Filter and drink the water first in the morning.

4.Coriander, Eat green vegetables, cabbage, cucumber, coconut, spreading from pumpkin, chenopodium album, cucumber, bitter guard, cabbage, tomato, carrot, radish, lemon, onion and ginger.
